Pregnancy is such a unique time in every woman’s life, it’s a brilliant yet emotional roller coaster (to say the least). Mother’s need support throughout pregnancy, as well as well deserved time out to relax. As a Mum myself, I understand that as a baby grows, our bodies need help adapting and changing, our muscles and joints are under a great pressure to help support our growing bump. Carrying a baby changes your center of gravity, and puts a lot of stress on your back, neck, and well quite frankly… everywhere.

Pregnancy Massage
Relax and ease your sore joints and muscles with this full body massage. Enjoy your treatment knowing your therapist is fully qualified, utilizing massage techniques and equipment in a safe but effective way for mums-to-be in all trimesters. Experience a specialist pregnancy cushion, by having an opening in the middle section the client is able to lie on her tummy, she will not want to get up! More in depth than your typical “spa” massage, but just as relaxing. Choose between the full works or use your time to concentrate on specific problem areas 45/60/75mins

Postnatal Massage
Perfect for the first year post birth. Labour is a massive strain o the body, not to mention extremely overwhelming. Ease conflicting emotions such as tiredness, muscular pain from feeding, aching joints and poor posture. This treatment is designed to relax the mind and release birth-related tension. A specialist pillow is available in case you still feel sore and aren’t able to comfortably lie on your tummy yet. 45/60/75mins

The relief of being able to lie in a position you thought wasn’t possible is a wonderful release; you will not want to get up!

The cushion allows a soft elevation of the tummy, fully supporting the abdomen. This means there is very little pressure on the lower back and pelvic joints. No matter what level of pregnancy you are at, a thorough consultation, extra time to get dressed, endless cushions, warm blankets and towels will ensure you feel fully comfortable and supported from start to finish.
